SHIPPING FEES

  • Standard Ground Delivery Fee of $15.00 (Australia) Applies to all orders.
  • International Shipping Fee of $60.00 Applies to all orders with a shipping address outside of Australia.

 

DELIVERY TIME

The average delivery times for Standard Ground Delivery (Metropolitan areas) are:

  1. NSW, QLD, VIC - 2 to 4 business days
  2. ACT, SA - 4 to 6 business days
  3. NT, TAS, WA - 7 to 10 business days. (Please allow an extra 2 to 3 business days for regional area, estimated delivery times might still be a little longer than usual, depends on the current shipping situations. We apologise for any inconvenience.)
  4. Delivery time may vary for all international shipping, please check on the shipping confirmation email you received.

Please note that during major sales events (such as Summer, Winter Sale, EOFY, Black Friday, Christmas Sale, etc), we may take an extra day or two to prepare your order. We appreciate your understanding, and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.

Please note that most orders usually take 1–3 business days to be processed and shipped, as our warehouse is closed and does not process or ship orders on Saturday and Sunday or major Australian holidays.

 

COURIER INFO

All orders are processed and shipped using Sendle, and Australia Post in some special cases or orders. Once an order has shipped, TEMPTU Pro Australia is no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the relevant shipping company to file a claim using your tracking number for your order.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the date of your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.   To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.   To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

  • REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE) You’ll be responsible for the return shipping fee. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

  • LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE) If you think you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@temptu.com.au

 

  • REDELIVERY & RETURNS DUE TO UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY Most of our delivery requires a signature, if there’s no one available upon delivery, the courier will leave a card for you to book a time to redeliver or to collect your parcel at a popshop. Your order will be returned to us after 5 business days if you did not contact the courier regarding your parcel. We will send you an email to notify you in regard to the returned parcel and to ask you for the next action. You will be charged for a shipping cost if you wish to arrange redelivery from our warehouse or to cancel your order and get the refund (for orders over $75, and the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund).

 

  • SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Items purchased as part of a kit, set or pack also cannot be individually returned.

 

  • EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE) If you change your mind and need to exchange any items, those items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must also be in the original packaging. Please send us an email at support@temptu.com.au and we will send you instructions on how to exchange them.   We always take extra care, and examination, before shipping any parcels, however, there might be some uncontrollable situations during shipping, which rarely happens. If you received items that are defective or damaged, please contact us for more information, in terms of replacement.

 

  • GIFTS If the item was a gift when purchased and shipped to the gift giver so they could give to you later, the gift giver must initiate the return process and we will send a refund to the gift giver.

 

  • RETURN SHIPPING To return your product, you should contact us on support@temptu.com.au first, wait for our instructions and confirmation, then to return your products to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping your order ($15.00) will be deducted from your refund.   Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.   If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
